    The London Symphony Orchestra was established in 1904 and has been the Barbican’s Resident Orchestra since 1982. We strive to make London the exemplar for sustainable economic growth and the best city in the world for business trade and investment. As London’s most representative business support organisation, we use our voice to campaign and champion key London business issues in forums of policy debate and influence in City Hall, Parliament, Local Government, and Whitehall.

LCCI’s policy work draws on our members’ experiences in the areas that matter to them most to contribute to consultations, enquiries, and debates. LCCI is also secretariat for the APPG for London as a Global City, which brings parliamentarians and London businesses together to promote London’s global position. LCCI research covers many critical topics including sustainability, skills, diversity, housing, transport, infrastructure and trade.
